Job Details

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Executive/Sr. Executive (Ad Manager) to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Google, YouTube, and Instagram. This role demands strong analytical skills, a creative mindset, and a deep understanding of digital ad platforms and audience behavior. The candidate will work closely with content and design teams to deliver data-driven, performance-oriented ad strategies aligned with business goals.

Key Rersponsibilities:

  • Develop and implement paid advertising strategies aligned with company objectives and marketing campaigns. Set up, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Facebook, Google, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
  • Identify, segment, and analyze target audiences to ensure optimal ad reach and conversion.
  • Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, messaging, landing pages, and audience targeting.
  • Monitor key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, conversions) and continuously optimize campaigns. Collaborate with design and content teams to create visually appealing and persuasive ad materials.
  • Develop campaign funnels for different customer segments (cold, warm, and hot audiences).
  • Implement remarketing, custom audiences, and lookalike audience strategies for improved ROI.
  • Track and analyze user behavior using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, UTM codes, and Tag Manager.
  • Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations. Plan and manage monthly advertising budgets, ensuring efficient media buying and spend allocation.
  • Stay updated with advertising trends, platform policy changes, and competitor activities.
  • Work closely with the e-commerce or sales team to align ad strategies with business goals. Maintain campaign documentation and ensure knowledge sharing across marketing and sales teams.
  • Provide creative input and suggestions for new campaigns based on market trends and consumer insights.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Computer Science & Engineering
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
  • Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Information Technology
  • Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Computing & Information System
  • Or A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is acceptable. However, applicants must have practical skills and hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, especially in paid advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
